Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit sixthsenserobotics.ai or contact us through it, and what your rights are under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we process and why

  • Visiting the site. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, delivers the pages through CloudFront and processes technical connection data: IP address, browser type, date and time, page requested. This is necessary to run and protect the site. The data is kept only as long as technically required.
  • Contact form. When you send the contact form, your name, company, work email, sector, topic and message go to our own endpoint, hosted by Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany, and from there into our customer relationship management system, Pipedrive, which processes them on our behalf. We use them to answer your request and, if a business relationship follows, to manage it. We keep them for the duration of that relationship and for the retention periods required by Swiss law.
  • Email. If you write to us, we process the data you provide to handle your request. Correspondence is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the retention periods required by Swiss law.
  • Usage statistics. Only if you accept it in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how visitors reach the site. Without your consent the Google tag is not loaded at all. We do not use advertising or profiling features. Google may process the data in the United States; Google LLC is certified under the Swiss and EU Data Privacy Frameworks with the United States. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. You can withdraw consent at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
